Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between each eligible user and gcup5 concerning access to the website, account facilities, casino-style games, live dealer content, sports betting markets, promotional offers and related services. Deposits, Balances and Source of Funds

Deposits must be made for genuine gaming activity using funds that you lawfully own and can afford to lose. gcup5 may support MYR transactions through channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong. You must use payment facilities held in your own name. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned or held for review. gcup5 is not a bank, savings account or money-transfer service. Funds should not be deposited solely to move money between payment methods. No interest is payable on account balances. Errors and Interruptions

Obvious pricing, display or settlement errors do not create an entitlement to an unintended return. Where an incorrect result, technical failure or manifestly erroneous odds affect a wager, gcup5 may void, recalculate or resettle the transaction fairly. Players must not exploit a known error and should report it promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

You must use gcup5 lawfully and honestly. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating an account for a person under 21 or allowing another person to use your credentials.
• Using stolen, borrowed or unauthorised identity documents, banking details or e-wallet accounts.
• Engaging in fraud, collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation or coordinated betting intended to distort normal play.
• Using automated tools, bots, scraping systems or software that interferes with gcup5 services or provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting an obvious game, bonus, odds, payment or technical error instead of reporting it.
• Attempting to evade verification, transaction limits, location controls, suspension or self-exclusion.
• Making threats, using abusive language or impersonating gcup5 staff or another player.
